General Policy:

All returns must have prior authorization by Severe Paintball and must be products purchased directly from the Severe Paintball website.

Returnable Products:

1. Unopened, unmarked products.
2. Concealed damage claims (made within 10 days of receipt).
3. Products received in error or damaged in shipping (with signed bill of lading noting damage) reported within 5 days of receipt and returned within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Products (NO CREDIT):

1. Products returned without approved authorization.
2. Products purchased on a non-returnable basis and/or received as FREE goods.
3. Products deemed to be damaged or deteriorated due to improper storage or handling.
4. Products not in sealed original container.
5. Returns 30 days past date of Return Authorization.
6. Products not included on the return authorization form but included in the returns shipment.
7. Products with concealed damages not claimed within 10 days.
8. Private label products and products custom made to customer specifications, unless agreed upon by both parties.

Returns Procedure:

1. Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from a Severe Paintball customer service representative and inform them of the specific products and quantities to be returned along with the corresponding number(s).
2. Severe Paintball will make pick up arrangements once returns have been approved and authorized.
3. All merchandise eligible for credit must be returned to Severe Paintball. No credit will be issued for merchandise destroyed by the customer.

Transportation Charges:

1. Transportation and insurance charges on all returned merchandise are the responsibility of Severe Paintball.

Terms:

1. Credit issued based upon invoice price paid.
2. All returns will be in the form of a credit memo only.
3. Severe Paintball reserves the right to destroy, without compensation, all unauthorized merchandise returned.
4. No deductions by customer can be made from any invoice.
5. All products returned may incur a 15% restocking charge.
